On November 10, 2010 USAC issued the twenty-fifth funding wave for FY 2010. Funding wave 025 included commitments for both Priority One and Priority Two requests, totaling $48.31 million and representing 1,850 requests. This funding wave included 358 applicants, averaging $134,939 per applicant and 357 service providers averaging $135,317. Funding requests for 206 applicants were rejected, totaling $8.33 million. Including this funding wave, USAC has approved over $1.59 billion in E-rate funding commitments for FY2010.
