The Schools and Libraries Division announced March 24 that it is approving another $110.7 million in funding commitments for the 2004 funding year, this time in letters to 643 applicants. This wave, number 15 for that funding year, will bring the total committed to more than $1.8 billion.
There was no change in the approved threshold for internal connections, which remains at 81 percent. However, the SLD still has not rejected any internal connections requests for that year on the basis of the applicant’s discount rate.
