The reply comment period for the Funding Year 2021 draft Eligible Services List (ESL) closed on September 4, 2020 with a number of replies submitted to the FCC. Many reply comments addressed the need for expanded network security services, and others requested that off-campus connectivity be funded in order to support remote learning initiatives due to COVID-19.
