The reply comment deadline for the FCC’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding equipment which poses a threat to national security closed on March 3, 2020. The Commission received 25 comments and ten reply comments, many of which focused on the Commission requirement to “rip and replace” currently installed equipment manufactured by Huawei or ZTE.
