On December 20, 2019, the Universal Service Administrative Company announced the annual application filing window dates for Funding Year 2020. The window will be open for 70 days, running from January 15, 2020 to March 25, 2020.
The administrative window for making changes to applicants’ EPC profiles will close shortly before the Form 471 window opens. The last date that an FCC Form 470 may be filed while still allowing the required 28 days for competitive bidding will be February 26.
The FY2020 Form 471 window timeline closely follows the FY2019 window, which ran 70 days from January 16, 2018 to March 27, 2018.
