The reply comment period for the FCC’s October 1 Public Notice seeking input on the structure of the FCC Form 470 will close on November 15. In its Public Notice, the FCC asked stakeholders to provide input on changes to the Form 470 that would help to minimize confusion and administrative overhead.
Initial comments to the Public Notice may be viewed here. Comments to the FCC may be submitted via their Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings in Proceedings 13-184 and 02-6.
