On November 1, 2019, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the first quarter of 2020. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $59.10 million in 1Q 2020, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $20.49 million. USAC further estimates that there is $1 billion available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2020 from prior funding years.
