Deadline Set for Payment Form Update

At their September 17, 2019 applicant training, USAC announced that the deadline for updating the FCC Form 498 to designate a “business type” will be October 31, 2019. The update is required for both service providers and applicants.

Applicants may update their Form 498 via the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC), and service providers update their Forms using the E-File system.
