On June 3, 2019, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released the annual Universal Service Monitoring Report by the Federal-State Universal Service Joint Board. The Monitoring Report highlights trends and statistics from the Universal Service Programs, including the E-rate program. The data in the report is current as of September 30, 2018. The USF Monitoring Reports further “…contain information designed to monitor the impact of various universal service support mechanisms and the method used to finance them…”
