On October 16, 2018, USAC replaced their long standing business processing contractor with Maximus. Senator’s Edward Markey (D-MA) and Dan Sullivan (R-AK) want to ensure that USAC had a transition plan in place. The Senators want to see the details of a plan that ensured a smooth transition to new vendor and want to confirm that 95% of the applications will be processed by September 2019 deadline.
