On February 1, 2019, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the second quarter of 2019. USAC projects $1.2 billion will be available to carry forward for future funding years. Also, USAC projects consolidated operating and capital budget of $59.90 million for 2Q2019. The Schools and Libraries portion is 43% of the total budget estimated at $26.07 million.
