The SLD will be conducting a webinar for applicants and service providers on August 22, 2018 at 3pm EDT to inform stakeholders about the competitive bidding process. USAC intends to cover “each step in the competitive bidding process including filing and searching for Funding Year 2019 FCC Form 470s, RFP documents and how to properly respond to bids”
According to a Funds For Learning analysis, the SLD denied applicants $4.9 million in FY2018 so far due to “competitive bidding issues” and denied another $5.4 million specifically tied to issues pertaining to the “Form 470.”
