FY2019 FCC Form 470 Inaccessible

In prior years, applicants could file a Form 470 and start the procurement process at anytime. Even if the current funding year’s form was not available yet, applicants could use the current form and indicate it was for the next funding year. Currently the SLD has removed the ability to start and file a Form 470 in EPC. This may be due to the fact that the SLD is making new drop down options on the form for Internet services. Applicants trying to start a Form 470 will receive the message, “The FCC Form 470 for Funding Year is no longer available. You can file FCC Form 470 for the upcoming funding year starting on .” The SLD is updating the Form 470 and will make it available sometime in July for the 2019 funding year.
