On May 4, 2017, Vicki Robinson was appointed by the USAC Board to be the acting CEO after Chris Henderson resigned. USAC released the official start to their CEO search on September 22, according to the job overview, “the CEO provides critical leadership, direction and management responsibility for USAC’s overall performance and all aspects of its activities and operations, including administration of the Universal Service programs and the Universal Service contribution and collection function….”
