Comments to the FCC’s draft Eligible Services List (ESL) for Funding Year 2018 were due July 21, 2017, and the Commission received numerous comments. Commenters addressed a variety of topics, including expanding eligibility for network security solutions, re-inclusion of video distribution components, continued and expanded support for caching products and services, proposed clarification of funding for services during periods of transition between service providers, and more. Reply comments are due August 7, 2017.
