Filing Window Extended Hours

The SLD announced that they have extended the Client Services Bureau (CSB) Customer Services hours through the close of FY2017 filing window to assist applicants with any issues they may encounter. The CSB extended hours are:

Monday, May 8 at 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EDT
Tuesday, May 9 at 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EDT
Wednesday, May 10 at 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EDT
Thursday, May 11 at 8:00 AM – 12:30 AM EDT

Applicants can call CSB Customer Service Line at 888-203-8100 during the extended hours.
