The SLD announced that they will extend the Client Services Bureau (CSB) Customer Services hours in order for applicants to be able to work on last minute EPC entity profile updates this weekend. The extended hours for Saturday and Sunday are between 9am to 6pm EST. Applicants can submit service questions through the E-rate Productivity Portal (EPC) or call CSB Customer Service Line at 888-203-8100 during the extended hours. Applicants have until February 26 at 11:59pm EST to update their names, addresses, enrollment and NSLP data in EPC.
Additionally, USAC has announced that the EPC system will be unavailable because of system maintenance from 7pm to 10pm EST on February 26. ‚ÄãAfter the February 26 deadline, all site information will be locked for the duration of the Form 471 filing window‚Äã. The FY 2017 Form 471 application window will open on February 27, 2017 and close 11:59 EST on May 11, 2017.
