FCC Chairman Pai is reforming some of the processes and is looking for the FCC to have greater transparency into what they are proposing. Chairman Pai started a pilot program where he publicly released the text of two items that the FCC will be voting on at the February 23rd meeting. He will also share with fellow Commissioners items that will be considered at open meetings in order to give them time to review the documents before the open proceedings.
