$800M Available for Possible FY17 Rollover

On February 1, 2017 the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the second quarter of 2017. USAC estimates that they will have $800 million carryover for FY2017 from prior funding years, an additional $600 million from the last Quarterly Report.
