The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) recently released the annual Universal Service Monitoring Report prepared by the Federal-State Universal Service Joint Board. The Monitoring Report highlights trends and statistics from the Universal Service Programs, including the E-rate program. The data in the report is current as of September 30, 2015.
