On January 26, the USAC Schools & Libraries Committee held their quarterly board meeting. The Board discussed the following issues:
1. The Committee approved the minutes from the October 27, 2014 meeting;
2. The Committee approved the Schools and Libraries Support Mechanism 2nd Quarter 2015 Programmatic Budget;
3. The Committee approved the Demand Projection for the January 30, 2015 FCC Filing;
4. The Committee approved one USAC Internal Audit Division Schools and Libraries Support Mechanism Beneficiary Audit Report
The Committee went into Executive Closed Session to discuss these items:
5. Consideration of Contract Award for Schools and Libraries Program Operations Information Systems Modernization Assistance;
6. Consideration of an Amendment to the Contract Award for Payment Quality Assurance Program Support Services;
7. Business Update;
8. Strategy and Performance Management Discussion;
9. Key Strategic Initiatives (including IT Modernization Plan);
10. 2015 Annual Budget Discussion and Approval
