USAC announced that the Apply Online feature of their website will be unavailable starting from 6pm EST on November 14, 2014 through 6pm EST on Sunday, November 16, 2014 to due system maintenance. The SLD’s Submit a Question will also be unavailable during this time frame as well.
Applicants will be unable to post FCC Forms 470 until the maintenance has been completed. While the Office of Management and Budget approved the FY 2015 Form 470 and Form 471, the FCC and USAC have yet to release the FY 2015 Form 470 for applicants to use. However, applicants are encouraged to use the FY 2014 Form 470 for their FY 2015 procurement until the new form has been released.
