Every year, the FCC releases the Universal Service Monitoring Report prepared by the Federal-State Universal Service Joint Board. The Monitoring Report highlights trends and statistics from the four Universal Service Programs, including E-rate. The data in the report is current as of October 2013.
The annual monitoring report “contains information designed to monitor the impact of various universal service support mechanisms, and the methods used to finance them, based on data filed by the telephone industry with the Federal Communications Commission through October 2013.”
