On July 3, 2013, Funds For Learning® submitted an analysis of data gathered during the Funding Year 2013 filing window to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The analysis organizes data related to the demand for Priority 1 services during the FY2013 Form 471 application period. The information is presented in a series of comparative charts and tables and is grouped using the following criteria: state, discount rate, applicant size, location type, service, pre-discount or requested amounts, and by request per student or per building.
