On March 25, 2013, the Federal Communications Commission released the annual Universal Service Monitoring Report prepared by the Federal-State Universal Service Joint Board. The Monitoring Report highlights trends and statistics from the four Universal Service Programs, including E-rate. The data is current as of October 2012.
