With the help of the second largest funding wave of Funding Year 2012 thus far, the funding commitments issued in the month of October have pushed the total committed amount for FY2012 to over $1.375 billion.
Wave 13, released on October 2, 2012, for $86.5 million is second only to the record setting first wave of 2012 ($645 million). The other October waves to date, Waves 14 and 15, have been for $60.8 and $35.2 million, respectively.
To date, $902 million has been rejected and over $2.8 billion in requests are still pending.
