On July 20, 2012, the Federal Communications Commission issued a three year Notice of Debarment to Gloria F. Harper. In June 2011, Ms. Harper “pled guilty to conspiring with others to fraudulently obtain $4.5 million in E-Rate contracts” and was sentenced to 30 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
