Representatives from many telecommunications companies including AT&T, Verizon, Qwest, Embarq and Sprint met with FCC Wireline Competition Bureau officials on September 13, 2007 to talk about their suggestions for ways to change the E-rate program. The changes they outlined focused on the reimbursement process for Priority One services
