The SLD released wave 47 for FY 2006 committing over $92 million of which $80 million was for priority two requests. The SLD funded priority two requests down to the 86% discount threshold and committed $62.3 million at that level. There is $6.6 million pending at 86% and $113 million pending at the 87% discount rate.
