The SLD released wave 40 for FY 2006 committing over $19.3 million with $9.3 million for priority two requests. The SLD has committed $1,687,314,615 and has $1,081,826,681 pending.
There is no indication from USAC when the discount rate will be lowered below 87%, however, to date, the SLD has committed $22,335,671.12 at 87%, and still has $130,379,403.52 pending at that discount rate.
