On September 8 the SLD committed $11.6 million which brings the total committed amount for 2005 to $590 million. Close to $335 million has been denied or canceled to date. There is no indication when the FCC will approve USAC Schools and Libraries Committee's August 17th recommendation to fund internal connections requests down to 87%.
