The SLD released a small 2004 funding wave on August 23rd notifying three applicants of the status of their 2004 funding requets. The SLD committed $175,000 in Wave 30 bringing the total 2004 committed amount to $2,273,650,516 with $305 million still pending.
The SLD denied a school district $735,000 because their was not a signed and dated contract by both the applicant and vendor before the Form 471 filing window closed. If a contract only has one signature the SLD, according to FCC rules, will deny the request.
