The Schools and Libraries Division announced Jan. 10 that it would be releasing another $25.9 million worth of funding commitments for the E-rate program's 2002 funding year. In the latest wave, coming off the holiday season, only 67 letters were processed. There was no change in the approved threshold for internal connections requests, which remains at 90 percent.
