The Schools and Libraries Division announced that on December 30 it will distribute another $76.9 million worth of funding commitments for the 2002 E-rate funding year in 157 letters to applicants. That will bring the total committed for that funding year to $1.65 billion. There was no change in the threshold for approved internal connections; it remains at the 90 percent discount rate.
