E-rate applicants are posting Form 470 applications for the 2003 funding year at a faster rate than in the past, according to an analysis by the consulting firm Funds For Learning.
During the week of September 30, 658 new applications were posted, compared with 374 for the comparable week last year. Since the Schools and Libraries Division began accepting Form 470 applications last spring, 3,848 have been posted through October 8, 2002, compared to 1,788 through that same date last year.
