With wave 10 funding commitments announced on June 16, the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) has yet to issue half of the funds allocated for the third funding year, which begins July 1. The tenth wave of funding commitment decision letters included $46.8 million in discounts for eligible schools and libraries.
The threshold for internal connections requests has remained at the 85 percent discount level for the past four weeks.
