The Schools and Libraries Corporation announced Jan. 26 that the corporation's Web site will become operational on Friday Jan. 30. That event will trigger the start of the first 75-day funding window, during which all schools and libraries that submit both a Form 470 and Form 471 to qualify for E-rate funding will be given equal priority.
SLC Board members told a press briefing that the corporation's Web site had been engineered to accommodate up to 1,000 simultaneous users.
