Eligible Services List

The Eligible Services List (ESL) for each funding year provides guidance on which products and services are eligible under the E-rate Program. Eligible schools and libraries may seek E-rate support for eligible Category One and Category Two services. Category One includes services needed to support broadband connectivity to schools and libraries and Category Two, includes internal connections needed for broadband connectivity within schools and libraries.
