On July 31, 2020, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Quarterly Report with projections for the fourth quarter of 2020. USAC projects a consolidated operating and capital budget of $59.38 million in 4Q 2020, with the Schools and Libraries portion at an estimated $21.35 million. USAC further estimates that there is $500 million available to carry-forward to Funding Year 2020 from prior funding years.
