On April 30, 2020, the FCC issued a Public Notice deciding a number of requests for review, requests for waiver, and petitions for reconsideration related to actions taken by USAC.

  • Relying on FCC Form 470 That Did Not Seek Bids on Types of E-Rate Services Later Requested
  • Untimely Filed Appeals or Waiver Requests
  • Violation of Competitive Bidding 28-Day Rule
Appeals involving the following issues were dismissed:
  • Failure to Comply with the Commission’s Basic Filing Requirements
  • Failure to Identify Any Material Error, Omission, or Reason Warranting Reconsideration
  • Relying on Arguments Already Fully Considered and Rejected by the Bureau
  • Petitions Filed More Than 30 Days After the Bureau’s Decision
