Schools and libraries across the nation have the opportunity to share their ideas with USAC about updating its information systems. Feedback about how the current systems work for the Schools and Libraries program, as well as new ways to better serve applicants, can be submitted through USAC’s Share Your E-rate Technical System Ideas page.
Those looking to submit ideas need to provide their name, email address, role in the E-rate program, and idea. USAC is also offering a chance to beta test E-rate software in the future, which can be selected on the Form.
Individuals who share their ideas but would not like to be contacted with questions or clarifications can send a request not to be contacted to privacy@usac.org.
