SLD Seeks BPO Services

On March 13, 2018, USAC released an RFP and is possibly looking to replace Solix, their current contractor that handles the commitment and post commitment application and invoicing process. Solix has been the contractor for these USAC services since 1998. The RFP deadline is May 11, 2018.

The scope of work is tied to application processing and post commitment reviews which consists of these specific items:

Program Integrity Assurance
Heightened Scrutiny Reviews
Funding Commitments
Form 486 Reviews
Other Change Reviews
Invoicing
Appeals
Commitment Adjustments
