The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) announced on February 6 that they will be holding an E-rate industry day on February 21, 2018 for professional services firms that will be bidding on future USAC procurements tied to the E-rate program.
The specific goals of E-rate Industry Day are as follows:
- Educate “industry” on the E-rate program and future acquisitions supporting Program administration;
- Gain an understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) professional services firms capabilities and best practices;
- Incorporate “industry” feedback into our RFP development process
