Ombudsman Email Discontinued

USAC has announced that it will no longer support the ombudsman@usac.org email effective December 21, 2016. Moving forward, all customer service inquiries may be submitted via the Client Service Bureau (CSB) at (888) 203-8100 or via a customer service case in EPC. USAC did not provide a reason for the change.
