Throughout the month of September, USAC has been making updates to the content areas of their website which contain guidance regarding the E-rate program’s rules, regulations, and procedures. Many of the changes being made are reflective of updated program rules made by the FCC in their Seventh Report and Order and Second E-rate Modernization Order.
