On December 18, 2014 the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau notified Donna English of her debarment from the E-rate Program. Ms. English was convicted in October 2011 of multiple counts of wire fraud in connection with the E-rate program. Specifically, Ms. English defrauded the E-rate program by submitting false invoices and receiving more than $200,000 in reimbursements for technical services that were not delivered.
Donna English was suspended from the E-rate program on August 26, 2014. The SLD website has additional individuals who have been suspended and debarred which can be viewed here.
