If you will be away this summer, or your offices closed, you should provide the Schools and Libraries Division with information on how to reach you or someone else in your office if there is a question about your E-rate application.
The SLD has just added a new Summer Contact Data Base to its Web site. To access it, applicants must provide their Billed Entity Number. The data base can be found at https://www.usac.org/e-rate/resources/tools/.
Vendors who can provide the Billed Entity Number of their customers will also be able to access the data base to obtain the same information.
