On August 11, 2015, the FCC published a Notice in the Federal Register seeking comment from stakeholders in its “continuing effort to reduce the paperwork burden.” Specifically, the FCC is seeking comment on:
- Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission;
- Whether the information shall have practical utility; and,
- Whether the Commission’s burden estimate is accurate.
