FY2021 Form 470 Now Available

E-rate applicants may now file the FCC Form 470 to procure eligible products and services for Funding Year 2021. As previously indicated by the FCC, the 2021 Form 470 is unchanged from its FY2020 version, but changes are anticipated in future versions of the Form.

Forms 470 may be filed in USAC’s E-rate Productivity Center portal at https://portal.usac.org.
