The FCC highlighted their FY2020 priorities and the Office of Inspector General (OIG) is looking to hire two more criminal investigators to begin a program of “pro-active investigations” into E-rate and the Lifeline program. The FCC further stated that they are working with USAC on resolving problems with EPC that “negatively impacts the ability of schools and libraries to apply and receive funding”.
